توظيف علم اللغة النفسي في تنمية المهارات اللغوية في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة توظيف معلمات الطفولة المبكرة لعلم اللغة النفسي في تنمية المهارات اللغوية لدى أطفال الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظرهن، ورفد الجهات التعليمية بطرق علمية لتوظيف علم اللغة النفسي في تنمية المهارات اللغوية في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، مستعينًا بالاستبانة التي قام بتصميمها وتطويرها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وقد تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات الطفولة المبكرة بالمناطق التعليمية (الشرقية - الغربية - الوسطى) بالمملكة العربية السعودية؛ واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (300) معلمة منهن، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية لتمثيل مجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: أن درجة توظيف معلمات الطفولة المبكرة أفراد عينة الدراسة لعلم اللغة النفسي في تنمية مهارات الاستماع والكتابة لدى أطفال مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، بينما جاءت تنمية مهارات القراءة بدرجة (ضعيفة)، وجاءت تنمية مهارات التحدث بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفراد عينة البحث حول الدرجة الكلية وفقًا لمتغير المؤهل الدراسي لصالح الحاصلين على مؤهل الدكتوراه، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفراد عينة البحث حول الدرجة الكلية وفقًا لمتغيرات (المنطقة التعليمية - الدورات التدريبية - عدد سنوات الخبرة). وأوصى الباحث بالعديد من التوصيات في ضوء ما توصل إليه من نتائج، أهمها: ضرورة توفير الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمات الطفولة المبكرة لتوعيتهن بكيفية إكساب الأطفال للمهارات اللغوية (القراءة - الكتابة - الاستماع - التحدث)، وضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب الدولية والعربية والمحلية في توظيف علم اللغة النفسي في المجال التدريسي خاصة للطلاب في المراحل المتقدمة.This study aims to investigate the degree of early childhood teachers' employment of Psycholinguistics in developing language skills of preschool children from their point of view. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical design for the study approach and the questionnaire, he designed and developed, to achieve the study objectives. The study population consisted of all early childhood teachers in the (Eastern - Western - Central) school districts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the sample included (300) teachers, who were randomly selected to represent the study population. The study reached several findings, the most important were: the degree of early childhood teachers' employment of Psycholinguistics in developing listening and writing skills of preschool children was (medium), while developing reading skills was (weak), and developing speaking skills was (high) from the point of view of the respondents; there are statistically significant differences, at (0.05) significance level, in the opinions of the respondents about the total degree according to qualification variable in favor of those with a PhD qualification, while there are no statistically significant differences, at (0.05) significance level, in the opinions of the respondents about the total degree according to the variables of (school district - training courses - years of experience). The researcher made a number of recommendations in light of the findings he reached, the most important of which were: the need to provide the necessary training courses for preschool teachers to educate them on how to provide children with language skills (reading - writing - listening - speaking); and the need to benefit from international, Arab and local experiences in employing psycholinguistics in teaching, especially for students in advanced stages.
